Kaizen Policy

Kaizen means continuous improvement — a long-term approach to work that systematically seeks to achieve small, incremental changes in processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Kaizen can be applied to any kind of work to improve lean manufacturing. Every worker or employee is responsible for continuous improvement.

Best suggestions will be included in Kaizen and will be awarded at the month end.

With sincere efforts and skillful execution of stringent quality control checks from the initial stages of production to final delivery of products, we make sure that the customer receives nothing but the best. We have a team of perfectly competent and skilled quality personnel, who make sure that all the quality checks are done thoroughly to remove any chances of quality degradation in the deliverables. We have a well equipped metrology lab which consists of Coordinate Measuring Machine, Hardness tester, profile projector etc.
